Jon,

Streamer works just fine under Ns4.5 b1/b2 and 4.06. It is just extremely slow to load. Type
your user name into the first window and submit. Minimize that window and do something
else for about 10 minutes.... after awhile the streamer will eventually showup. It's an
extremely primitive user interface and badly needs a streamer.ini file to maintain settings
after the laborious process of configuring your preferences has been completed... but,
hey - it's free - it's Josh's kids first piece of software and he did a great job for only 7
years old! <ggg>

I remember 3 years ago when Datek sent the first app in a small plain envelope address in a
child's handwriting (kid's 4 then?) with a little mimeographed flyer inside saying send us
$2000 and you get free quotes too! <ggg> They have come along ways since then and allot
of cheap shots, mine included... but when you are a pioneer and trail blazer the establishment
will do about anything to try and incriminate the competition - especially if they help the small
retail investor. The Nasdaq and SEC hate the Datek's of the world because it levels the playing
field - something that the SEC and Nasdaq plutocrat flunkies have worked a life time to prevent.

that I wrote: medved.net

It works with various sources but Datek is the fastest.
