Shake-Man,

This is the question of the day, so every one is very focused on getting a firm date. David W's e-mail to Scott Sitra.

Message 5831281

I am looking to see them within the next couple of weeks. I know that as soon as the SEC peer review is completed they will be out. The best thing to do would be to call Scott Sitra and get an update for yourself. Remember that the numbers for 96 and 97 and the first 2 quarters of 98 won't show much, but starting with 98 quarter3 which ends in Sept, growth should start to show up in increasing sales. In a growth company enviornment you look for consecutive quarters of rising sales and earnings. IMHO 3q98 is the start of that trend.

Dave

Shake-Man,

I spoke with Scott a few days ago. I'm sure mine was just one of the many many calls he had gotten asking for a firm date.

As I recall.......his response was something along the lines of....."I don't want to be pinned down to an exact date....because it would end up being wrong......but 96 and 97 are going to peer review Monday...where it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days.....

I believe he also mentioned that BANY would run....not walk... the data to the business wire the moment they could. BANY is well aware of the interest of shareholders that this issue be taken care of.

I guess just a little bit more patience is required......and either you believe that they will be out......or you don't. Next week should be interesting.....as I doubt they will be out of peer review. Some will leave the stock, as they have doubts and a very short horizon....while others will snatch up the shares looking just a little bit farther down the road.

October should be a very exciting month. There should be several company announcements....and of course the conference call.

I don't know what will happen next week....but I think by Christmas....we will be looking at a whole different situation. I doubt the term "penny stock" will be useful anymore.
