Actually, s/o is around 16 mil. + new issue for Plourde. Float once you take out the insider and Ingenico holding, is reported around 10 mil. per yahoo. So it seems shares are widely distributed. I wonder what the mutual funds etc. own. In any case, if they are taken out, in the near future, you can expect decent price. My expectation is around 10US. Don't forget valuations have come down so 11 may be high unless revenue surges a bit. On the plus side, they are only one of the two, independent, decent size players still standing.
