Today's quote on IPM is .001, according to Excite quotes.

If that price is accurate, and the merger with Maxam would value IPM at .04 per share, then Maxam would be paying a 3,900% premium above IPM's market value to merge with IPM.

What a great deal for Maxam shareholders!

As to timing and economics your analysis is right on.Phoenix/Omega should have valid ownership claims right now.Perhaps someone that talks to Mr. Runyon could ask him straight out.Mr. Runyon's loyalty
is to Maxam shareholders not IPM shareholders.I wonder if the email was even sent by Mr. Struthers,it's content is laughable.I suspect
it is a joke, just jerking the chain on DD investors.
