Dan; It was particularly weak on the close on big volume. Do you think that may carry over into Monday's open? Under $8, the stock seems like a good buy. I've only been following VLSI for a couple of weeks and I'm thinking of taking a position. I have a couple questions. Who are their direct competitors? What timeframe is VLSI or analysts giving for a turnaround? (I've seen .91 as FY99 estimates is this number still accurate?) Is 64% Institutional ownership still accurate? Any industry links would be greatly appreciated. TIA. Kelvin
