I think there is just far too much stock in the hands of the insiders, and they keep steadily unloading it after it rises sufficiently. This stock doesn't have a big enough float, or trade enough shares to absorb such selling. However, if this company is progressing on track, it will attract more interest, the insiders will have sold down to the level they want to maintain, and the company will reach levels commensurate with its growth rate and profitability. I am tempted to trade it (and could have many times), but it can jump up $2 at any given moment, so I'm sitting tight. O.
