David, I look forward to other posters on this issue, but my data shows that for the year 1929, was up 50%. It was not 1929, but what came after that was the problem.

David S I agree, but not only are the two charts very similar looking they are 'tied' together by an amazing reversal volume correlation day which was our Oct27 97 on day reversal and in 1929 it was March. The reversal big volume day occured right in the center of the trading range on both chart patterns.
