Clinton laced his comments with a sharp partisan edge,

And yet most of Congress' Democrats have been complaining that Starr is partisan, that the process is partisan, blah blah blah.

The bottom line is, if anything becomes public that reveals Clinton in a negative light, it's the fault of partisan Republicans like Justice Dept IC Kenneth Starr and his crony Ms. Reno.

Tiring. The First Woman is out campaigning for Democrats. Yesterday she flew into Portland, Oregon (across the river from me), and in speeches lashed out at Republicans: "I don't see THEM in the hospitals I visit, and I don't see THEM out talking to students like I do."

Then she accused Republicans of wanting to "take back the 100,000 law enforcement officers that were provided by the Clinton administration."

Her whole tirade was decidedly shrill and devoid of facts. Partisan?

PS - does anyone know how the First Woman gets around on these political trips? Has she commandeered Air Force One?
