One more post script to my last post. The one slide that made a big impression on me during the wall street analyst's session at the Diskcon show came from H&Q's Todd Bakar. That was the slide showing comparative stock price performance from various tech segments since 1/1/96. I can't post the slide but I can recap the numbers, shown as per cent appreciation:

PC Sftwre > +235%
PCs > +202 %
InterNet > +161%
Semi Conductor> +152%
EMS> +135%
Networking > +102%
HDD > -4%

Speaking of QNTM, it appears they were one of the leaders this last month with regards to "largest short interest change," increasing 75%, up 4 million shares to a 9.4 million total - (8/15 to 9/15).
