So, the pump and dump begins again?

Why are you going to misrepresent PLSAE as being a Nasdaq stock? It has been delisted and is traded on the pink sheets, if it's even being traded. I haven't been able to get a quote on it since it got tossed off the Nasdaq.

<<the first laser in clinical trials for tissue molding>>

Either you found something new (like Chicken McNuggets) or you meant tissue melding. <ggg>

JW:

I guess that everyone is just supposed to overlook the millions (or was it tens of millions) that PLS?? lost after telling everyone that they were profitable.....if not, why not? Was this part of the BIG IDEA too?

I guess that everyone is now just supposed to blindly believe PLS??'s claims? Given recent history, why should anyone?

Will your "institutional analysis" be published before or after PLS?? opens for trading (assuming that they do)? BTW, how does one "activate" an "institutional analysis?" Will your institutional analysis set a price target and back it up with an analysis supportable by reasonable pricing standards. What qualifies it as an "institutional analysis" other than that it is the label you chose to give it.

How about giving everyone your best guess of where this puppy opens or ends its first day of trading....(will it be a true penny (or two) stock?) before it does so.

Were you at the NASD hearing? If not, then how can you assume anything with respect to how NASD will likely rule?

I'll bet that none of these questions get answered on SI and I'll also bet that your post was nothing but typical hype: make some huge claims, ignore the negative, and tell everyone how good it is going to be if they just pump in some of their money..... That is, afterall, in substance, what you are paid to do, isn't it?

Prove me wrong.

I was of the opinion that publication of legitimate institutional analyses by legitimate analysts were considered "material".

But you touted and hawked tidbits of information about PLSIA on a Saturday and the analysis itself was not published on your Web site until Wednesday ... two trading days later.

Please help me understand why you are not in violation of SEC rules ... or maybe it's because you are not "legitimate".
