carl, i wouldn't be surprised if mu was now the low cost poducer. holding back inventory raises costs significantly. i don't now how much weight i'd put in your argument about being the low cost producer when everyone is running ay full bore, though. why? the doc has seen the numbers and, while mu was losing money on a marginal basis, some foreign mftrs were deemed as not dumping or only slightly so. when your two other buddies can restrict output after a dinner, it is easier to go for such a plan. mu has no buddies ;-) btw, we are fast approaching the final hand in this game of no limit poker, imho. double or nothing. mu has some cajones, for sure. but i'm not sure if they have the sense.
