Dougjn - I agree - ditch the statute. It's like giving kids a handgun - eventually they'll find the bullets. On one other matter - (and this is cc:'d to Dan) is it me, or do you also notice how much information Dan seems to have so handy? I once asked him if he wrote for Carville or was just on the WH talking-points distribution list. <g> Anyone who "just" has that much information in such excruciating and voluminous textual detail about something this arcane must type at 4000 words per minute or has some file sources the rest of us mere mortals don't. Me, I just have to read and write, read and write (my own stuff, by the way). Mr. K.
