dougjn - re: "the sex sinning, and sex lying, is predictive of very little else."

Would you say the same if the person doing it were sitting across the courtroom, and you and your client were accusing him of sexual harassment in a civil matter?

Mr. K.

<<Perhaps a bit of an exaggeration, but there is some of the same flavor.>> Re: Starr and McCarthy

Thanks, Doug, for the expanded analogy. Actually, I was thinking more about Starr's same reckless readiness and willingness to ruin so many lives over some perceived limitless charter. Whether it was done for self-aggrandizement or for partisanship purposes didn't matter. Constitutional rights didn't seem to matter or the shadow it cast over the relationship between the government and the people.

My point about sex and lying about it is, that to profess such SHOCK (Shocked, I tell you!) over it is just so plain phoney that it has to be obvious that it is transparent partisanship run wild.
