Hi Johnny,

Appears this thread is dead. There is some reasonable discussion going on over on Yahoo. Mind telling us who your broker is with (you know, the one that said he thought DHTI was going to run)? Wouldn't be Raymond James would it? I don't know what to think about the stock. The private placement I prognosticated about in June (before it was closed) didn't turn out as bad as it looked like it had the potential to do. This quarter (Q3) the company would have been profitable (by about 1c) if the company didn't take two one-time write downs totaling close to $200K. But next quarter doesn't look much better than last quarter in terms of actual earnings though the backlog seems to keep on rising.

Of course, they adjusted the backlog from last quarter (to take out items that might not happen... and which were not too profitable in any event). So the real 2Q backlog was about 10m, not the 11.2 million recorded.

In the end, DHTI is trading at approximately 1x the recurring sales revenue. Ought to be worth more than that.

So the company is undervalued, but I'd guess it is going to stay that way for the next four months or so... especially if earnings come in flat.
