Richard, maybe the way to play this is to invest in Sabin. We have heard for a long time that the refiners were taking GPGI to the "cleaners" (not paying what is really in the concentrates delivered).

I really do not know any specific facts, but I am looking at the general trend in "goodies content" and it has gone from (rough numbers and from memory) $8,000, to $2500 to $1000 to what now? My fundamental worry is that if we extrapolate this line it will cross the $300 to$500/ ton and that is the danger area of profitability (if smelting is a required process).

The permit fiasco does indicate some degree of not paying attention to all the details, and if such an important factor is overlooked, I am worried that other, even more important, factors are overlooked.
