It's just indicative of peoples' obsession with the sexual aspect of the Clinton-Lewinsky affair. To say that this case criminalizes sex misses the points of the Starr referral. Not one times does it detail a sexual activity as a point for referral. The criminal behavior had to do with his participation in the Jones deposition. If there was no purjury, witness tampering, and obstruction of the investigation, there would be no Starr report. It looks like Clinton and Jones will settle out of court soon. That may remove Clinton from legal jeopardy re: the above charges, and the politicians can move on to a deal for censure plus some monetary restitution.
