You might be happy with the way things stand now but I wonder how many holders of the unregistered restricted stock want their money now and aren't able to sell? I bet the SEC is hearing about it lot of them. Why else would the company be sending out letters telling people to not send their certs in. They don't want people making waves.

What guarantees do you have about anything? Are you waiting for the squeeze in rmil too?

zonkie....

Excuse me, but WellRich isn't a defendant in the current lawsuit.

Well Spider, the way I see it, if you have an agreement with AZNT not to sell your stock for another 12 months, then you shouldn't really be concerned.

And if this company is so very good and growing as you claim, then you should be a far richer person by that time.

The way I read your situation, the only thing you can hope for is that the stock runs up short-term in order to allow you to short against the box on your owe 144 position.

Good luck!!

Regards,

Ron
