You might be happy with the way things stand now but I wonder how many holders of the unregistered restricted stock want their money now and aren't able to sell? I bet the SEC is hearing about it lot of them. Why else would the company be sending out letters telling people to not send their certs in. They don't want people making waves. What guarantees do you have about anything? Are you waiting for the squeeze in rmil too? zonkie....
