Richard: Think about your logic. Maxam already has billions worth of properties should somebody ever be able to prove extraction. Their extent of their current portfolio did nothing to stop the share price from falling to this level.

Struthers' suggestion that a merger with IPM makes Maxam a .60 stock is pure b.s., IMO

Maxam might not need IPM's technology, but the body of work done on BRX offers a demonstration of value--still valid to some--that doesn't come with raw acreage (say, freshly staked land).
