I think not meeting the criteria today does not mean not meeting
the criteria 3 months down the road ...

There is no way to let CIEN talking about
merger at $14.5 Give them few months, and
let its stock back to mid and high 20s. CSCO
will show its interest when CIEN gets new
contract. It is a value play at this point,
and anyone shorts this one is committing
a suicide.
