Ken - Dell's special flavor of the direct model for corporate purchasers (special extranets that allow corporations to specify preferred configurations, included components, etc.) and the related cost management are huge benefits to most corporate IT departments. I think Dell rewrote the book on that market. They showed the kind of business innovation that makes them great. In addition they have followed through with great execution from selling the concept to servicing the machines. It would be difficult for even a focused competitor with the means to duplicate their infrastructure to cut their lead. This is one of the reasons that I expect them to continue to win in that market.
