Dave, In the case of penny stocks, I have found that most give some sort of revenue projection for new projects. An analyst/newsletter publisher may be utilized to do this, for a fee of course ;). Otherwise, you are asking the retail investor to buy stock based on blind faith, and in the case of MG, who has never had any previous experience in this sector, that does not allow him/her to do proper DD. The only information that MG should withhold IMO are sales contacts or firm contracts. Release of this information would put them at a disadvantage with competitors. Operational and capital outlays together with a projection of sales should be published IMO.
