He did in fact recant his statements about these sun goddesses. But that does not change the fact that he said them at one time.

I know for a fact that no such proof exists. Islam has never taught the worship of none other than God alone. And the proof of that is simply found in Muhammad's (Pbuh) life.

You see, there's more about his life that I never told you. Muhammad (Pbuh) hated the pagan traditions that he witnessed in Mecca growing up as a kid. So he made it a regular practice early in his life to go to a distant cave and meditate in the way of the true religion of Abraham. He did so his entire life, spending countless days reflecting and thinking about the One true God that had created all. And it was in that cave that many years later Gabriel appeared to him, and commanded him to proclaim God's message.

So Muhammad (Pbuh) had never worshipped idols and was always in the company of the religion of Abraham. This is accepted by Christian scholars as there is no evidence to counter it.

If you can't produce the evidence, then it's obvious it was false and created against Islam.

Peace be unto you,
Norris
