Glenn, thanks for those articles, it just reinforces my idea that the stock market is a giant pyramid scheme that is starting to wobble. With analysts literally being paid off by companies on a daily basis, what else can you expect besides corruption?

I also think that on-line trading is quickly becoming the largest influencing factor on the entire stock market, and already IS the largest influence on technology (net) related stocks. Charles Schwab said a month ago that 25% of all their clients now use web trading, as opposed to none 2 years ago. Many people view investing about as carefree as playing nintendo. IMHO, this is going to cause the largest market crash in the history of this country- the only question is when. You just can't bet on it happening within any specific time frame- you can be absolutely right, but if you're one day early you can also be broke.
