Ed,

I did not say "absence of a method for extraction" or " absence of any value to the ore"

What I am saying is the current method of extraction is flawed in as much that a reliable output cannot be achieved without constant adjustments to the process itself. Is this not correct? This is from the GPGI web site dated Sept 10/98:

"Much valuable knowledge has been gained in processing these early shipments. This knowledge has resulted in modifications to the processing procedure, which have already yielded significant benefits. Assays of shipments 3 through 6 show profound increases in the quantities of metal present in the resin. Procedures at the mill for processing with resin are being continuously upgraded as we work toward the goal of extracting the maximum amount metal from the ore."

As to the value of the ore. Until Global publishes the cash receipts from the shipments, how can we determine what the value is?

However, I suppose at this point we should await the report from Mr. McKay.

Ed,

>>>>

For the record: I am not an employee of nor a spokesman for GPGI. My contract with
GPGI for PR work terminated in December 1997 when Jensen did not renew my
contract and hired Dennis DeNoble. I am a strong believer in the ultimate viability of the
company and I have accumulated a large share position. I do not trade the shares and
have been a buyer on the way down.

I have an arrangement with Jensen to provide mail outs of company releases via post
cards to the investor list at my cost. Using post cards has provided investor information
at very low cost to Global.

As a shareholder I communicate with DeNoble, Neilson and Jensen frequently. I
observe developments carefully and have my own opinions about the viability of the
fundamentals and the nature of management.
>>>>>>>>>>

I note that your are providing the post cards at your own expense. I wish to publicly thank you for that. I almost forgot in view of recent news.

Thanks again!

Jack
