To All:

I have just returned from my visit.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr.Richard Jensen for this opportunity. My strong thanks and appreciation to Russel and Wayne for their pre-visit preparation and their time and efforts during my visit. Thank you Sonny for your time, your support and your thought provoking discussion. Also, my thanks to Paul for his time and assistance.

During my visit virtually every aspect of GPGI's operations was discussed to varying degrees. The aim is to put in place the various management tools, procedures, etc. that large production corporations have. Is everything in place? No. Have we made significant progress since August? Yes. Are further improvements planned? Yes. Has all the equipment ordered in August been delivered? No. Are we putting pressure on our suppliers? Yes. What is the interim target? 50-ton per day capacity in all facets of the operation. The interim target date is not later than October 9, 1998.

The objective is to have the plant ready to go to a 50-ton per day production mode as soon as we get government approval. From a technical point-of-view the system, methods, etc. work. They work to the extent that at 50-ton per day we would be able to pay all direct, indirect, head office costs and equipment replacement costs and still produce a very significant profit.

There are obviously economies of scale to be realized as production increases. To date raw materials have been purchased on an as-needed basis, with money in the bank we would buy in bulk realizing meaningful savings.

Simply put, we are making progress and we are getting ready to go.

In my proposal to Mr.Jensen I am recommending that a 50-ton trial be initiated as soon as we have government clearance. This 50-ton trial would be reported in detail with respect to cost, profit, etc. and used to be used to validate our process manual. It is fine that a manual is accurate but it must also be user-friendly for the staff that have to use it. Subsequent to this trial GPGI would focus on internal issues and report financial results quarterly or as thought appropriate by management.

It would be inappropriate for me to discuss with others what they should do with their time and money. For my part and my fellow investors, our funding commitment to Mr. Jensen remains intact. I will continue to commit my personal time in two ways:

1. By communicating daily with GPGI staff;
2. With a follow-up trip to the mill (duration 4-5 full working days) within the next 3-4 weeks depending on government "developments"

I would like to thank you for your very kind and supportive words. As you must appreciate, I intend to commit my time to work on this program which will reduce my time to discuss it.

My best to all.
Mike McKay
