I seriously doubt that MediaOne or anyone else would mix up their DWDM equipment by buying from more than one supplier. It's hard enough to test one company's products with your architecture, much less whether different pieces from different companies will interconnect.

I think it is most likely that Osicom will be their prime supplier of DWDM.
