It's "AMAZING" how 95 percent of the posters/investors here have no idea what's "really going on" BEHIND closed doors at both of these companies.

I'm sure the truth will come out sooner than later.

Good luck to both camps.

Mr Metals

Doug, there is no conspiracy here. Colleen called me some weeks ago and I spoke with her about Denver. When in Denver I confronted Paul with stories I'd heard about him from Ron Knittle. Paul defended himself and gave a different version. I wasn't in Bolivia with those two. I don't know who is right. I didn't repeat most of what I heard and won't. It's personal and should be immaterial to us as shareholders IMO. GE made a mistake IMO if they allowed the personal differences to affect shareholders re the Trip. I'm not interested in being politically correct with one side or the other. I'm interested as a shareholder in knowing what's going on with my investment.

Douglas - would you please be specific about what subject I brought up that is causing you so much discomfort? I have been exploring the other avenues you recommended. CIMA was not one of them.

You choose to blame others for my comments. My comments are mine and mine alone. I am piecing together the puzzle slowly. I even found out two things today on the threads that surprised me. I have a very good memory Douglas and I am a logical individual. I am no pawn.

The following are a few of the issues I have brought up since last Friday when I got really tired of waiting for financials and news of BD working on site:

The SEC issues?: common knowledge.

The fact the Mr. Ron Knittle was at the helm when the SEC problems originated?: common knowledge.

The fact that the SEC has settled with a former GE employee who paid a $5,000. fine?: Public information posted on this thread.

The fact the GE is financed by Mary Erickson's family money? Sabrina told me that, quite innocently. Sabrina was as helpful as she can be.

The fact that the Financials are not done because they are a mess?
I knew that since I have an accounting background. Guy confirmed it Thursday.

The fact that we do not have current information about how many shares are out?: One of my personal pet peeves. Without financials or news from the company I have now way of knowing how GE is financing operations. We do not know how BD is to be paid.

The fact the BD is not on site?: Cam found out from someone that BD was not yet on site. Sabrina says nothing about BD's presence. IMO if there is no confirmation that BD is on site, then they probably aren't there. SUNR people would most likely know when they get there.
SUNR people post on SI and RB.

The fact that Mr. Terry Turner never invited Cam down to Bolivia at our expense?: It is common knowledge that T. Turner has avoided hosting the paid for Bolivian expedition. He has put us off several times.

T. Turner had a golden opportunity to host CIMA and TOMA a couple of weeks ago when he was in Cangalli. BD was not there and the weather was fine. HE DID NOT invite CIMA down. He knows that come mid October when the rainy season starts and no one should go down.

If T. Turner had a problem with CIMA coming down, he could have let one of us meaningless small shareholders know so we could have made other arrangements. He did not. My conclusion is is that he had no intention of having any of us near the site, for whatever his reasons.

Douglas, divide and conquer who and what? GE is a Bolivian Mining Company, one of many. They are conquering themselves through bad management. I have a theory about why the financial information is such a mess. I will not state it here.

I divide my investing dollars many ways, I find that diversification is the best approach to investing. Whether I invest in another mining company has no importance here. GE must stand or fall on it's own merits. What you and I think is really quite irrelevant with regard to their success or failure.

Colleen, waiting, as usual.
