you raise valid points.

but i'll start to worry when interest rates start back up.
and people stop buying and selling, and refinancing and repairing and remodeling, so many homes.
i'll start to worry when construction spending slows, and
unemployment in that industry starts to rise.

i'll start to worry when the company's fundamentals change.
until then, i don't worry.
you really shouldn't either.
