Your right, but as a Jet fan I'm always looking for ways to lose. Maybe my handle should be masochist. Now that Oct. 1 is imminent, it's pretty obvious that the takeover buzz will be deafening. I'm not so sure that LU is going to announce a deal on Oct. 1. Since CSCO is stuck in the same pooling restriction as LU for the next six months, LU has a bit of breathing room. However, if ASND crushes their number later in the month, it will only get more expensive on its own. So, assuming that LU wants ASND, do they score before or after earnings are released? My feeling is next week sometime, after ASND does a swan dive when nothing is announced Thurs/Fri. Just to shake out the weak hands...and show ASND who's boss. Should be a hell of a ride anyway!
