(And brought over with him to the WH?) Teddie Roosevelt wasn't an "adolescent" in the girls department, reportedly, but he sure did sound that way about bully wars, wild west hunting trips, and the like. This adolescent line seems to refer to anyone who is not in evident and steep physical decline. Or is a reference to liking oral sex. Gee, I wasn't aware that was limited to adolescents males at all.
