Hey, Leo: Clinton should be out so be Rubin, and Alan Greenspan; these old team of policy makers will be out of the picture in short-term anyway. I just heard Deutch [German} leader is out by failing to re-election attempt. New policy for that Deutch country will be adopted. I see by Y2K lots of new things are going to happen. U.S. Congress will approve 80 Billion dollar tax cut [except Clintion is going to veto], even Canadian Parliment is pursuing tax cut, Japanese has been talking tax cut for a while. These is another way of easing fiscal policy as well as possible global monetary easing I see gold price will touch that $561.00 by Y2k. Watch DML may be $12.00 a share, CWA $6.00, Nai $7.85 etc..........etc.....These numbers now look dreaming; but by Y2K these are possible.
