Ya and lets don't forget many of them are "worthless" when created with both sides knowing it & working in collusion, to spilt the take. That and money laundering from Drugs to Guns is part of what they are so afraid the public will find out about. Some really big time scams go on in the derivatives markets, out right scams which are aimed to make a few rich at the expense of the majority. ------------------------- Like look man I have all this money and profit in this account I'm running, how about you selling me some futures on a DGMB (Dry gold mine in Brazil,) I pay you 50m , then you let me have 25m xyz in my privet account ( at a 50% discount to market ) you write down the 25m xyz but really it don't hurt your account. I can latter write off DGMB which won't really hurt my profits all that much. If you get some extra profits I can also do the same for you, why should these investor smoos make all the money we work so hard for, what's a little under the table bonus between friends & they won't ever miss it.
