Guy and Sabrina will return calls, don't think that has ever been a problem. I've never tried calling TT but know people that have not had a problem reaching him.

It has been my understanding though, from others, that so far SR people have more solid answers to questions, and officers of the company may be easier to reach than officers of GE.
