This isn't about Republican morality.

Of course it is. There is no high crime here. The Republicans are wrapping themselves in the skirts of justice, while pursuing their moral agenda. Their sanctimoniousness is the real treason here as far as I am concerned. It serves their selfish needs, not those of the country.

This is a political process now. It is a legally constituted process to be sure, but at this point it is a political issue. He is not criminally charged, and it is for the House to decide on whether he should stand trial in the senate for continuing in office - nothing more. It is about politics now and Republicans are moralizing while trying to look judicious.

Your thrusting at Barney Frank is but an example of your partisanship. That's politics. You get your vote and I get mine. The sooner the Republicans realize that the country is into jury nullification, the sooner we can move on. This time I think the country is waiting for the leaders to catch up.
