Steve,

<<Let's explore teachings directly from the Hadith. No refuting these as they are references along side of them:>>

What is the Hadith and how is it related to the Koran? Do you know if Muslims quote from it on a normal basis?

Chris

Steve,

You did not give any reference for your hadith. I cannot confirm or deny anything. (They should be from Bukhari or Riyadh us Salheen).

You must understand the difference in Islam between Hadith and the Qur'an. The Qur'an is solely God's words and nothing else. There are no errors in the Qur'an and there are Miracles to prove of its divine origin (which we havent gotten to but I assume you will allow me to get to?)

Hadith are totally different. They are simply the records of the Prophet's actions. Nothing else. They are not God's words. The Hadith were made after Muhammad's (Pbuh) death since he did not allow anyone to write what he said during his life.

Peace be unto You,
Norris
