monu, I am not a share holder, and I do not have their annual report. I tried to get on SEDAR, but it requires special software to unload. I probably should call them for a hard copy, but I do not see why, I do not have "immediate" plans to become a share holder. There was never an explanation on the the reassignment back to the inventors of the Intellectual property, and that bothers me (just like I was bothered by the $5 MM in "intellectual property on the balance sheet in the last annual report).
