JC those options I gave you are little known and most of the time over looked or discounted by "serious" Venture Capital or Under writing firms.

Underwriters make money by telling their clients an IPO cost $500,000 to $1,000,000 in costs, and they actually do... this is why it scares off so many $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 companies, it doesnt make economic since to have all this money tied up for 6 months to a year, and then even then under writers wont give these company any type of guarantee of recovering that money. They call this "best effort" placement, IE they sale the stock at the best prices they can... if the stock tanks the underwriters dont care... they have already made their $$$ and the stock sale is just more profits.

See this is EXACTLY why CVIA services are needed, and when we step in. To service these kind of companies and get them public, at little to no cost to the private company, by allowing us to buy $XXX,XXX of their stock at AUDITED book value... they pay us with their stock, not cash, We recover our cash out lay PLUS PROFITS at the time of the public offering, buy selling a portion of that once private stock position... then hold the balance in our "holding company" inventory. See this gives the private company instant cash, us control over the public offering and CVIA incintive to find only the best companies to take public.

Theres more to it, but its proprietary info, I am not really comfortable revealing all of our game plan, no point in teaching people how to compete against us is it?

Most of these companies we will choose are companies that will start on the OTC for the speed and ease of beginning public trading... But they will be FULLY QUALIFIABLE for a Board listing before we ever take them out..... Then once we have them trading, later we start the board qualification process.........AT OUR LEASURE.

See private companies are not used to Public trading rules and laws... so we are giving them on the Job Training on the OTC while preparing both the company and its management, for the "big time"
Gotta learn to walk before you can enter your first marathon <VBG>
