Anyone: We all have our own style. I've found that if the facts are presented clearly and one's reasoning is sound, the conclusions are often obvious. Although perhaps few here would agree, I believe one is often most persuasive when one lets the reader complete the reasoning process. However, per your request, I'll make an exception this once: Given the usual pace with which SEC microcap enforcement actions are brought, I would expect RMIL enforcement actions, if any, would most likely occur within the next 6 to 12 months. However, it could take longer and it is certainly conceivable that no enforcement action might occur at all - this sometimes occurs for various practical reasons (such as the strength of the legal case against the potential defendants).
