A short candidate with 2nd Opinion is often just a one day rating with 2nd opinion,for traders--it is not an overall judgement--the reason APCO has had a short candidate rating is that it is below it's support line--at last look it still maitains a overall 1 score on the avoid-- which is actually a possible buy by their system for high risk players--the thing about 2nd opinion it is not dogmatic--they provide a lot of guidance on how to evaluate--and leave the final decision to the user---I have found that stocks with an avoid rating and 1 score and SHortTerm Bullish MACD can be nice for trading--Max
