Arcane: Well, I want to "opine" too. (Isn't that a wonderfully snotty word?) Okay here goes..I agree with you to a certain extent. I think that (like you) there is a 50-50 chance that there will be some sort of action taken by the SEC. On the other hand, I think that there is a 50-50 chance that nothing will be done. I also believe that there is 100% chance that the SEC will decide what they are going to do or not do within the next five years. I am glad that you brought this all to a head though. Ha!
