Read your last few letter carefully. First you state that you don't know if you should trust me (a "known shorter) picking a long like Costco. Then you later state:

<<i like costco an am a member>>

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Remember this mesa, every time you go to Costco and buy a roll of toilet paper, a box of chewing gum or some soap, you will be helping to increase my wealth.

In other words, you go to Costco, you paid good money for a membership, you can see with your own two eyes the lines at the checkouts and the happy customers....yet you spend enormous amounts of time and money speculating on a little biotech that sells at an enormous premium and has no earnings track record (or sales for that matter.)

I'm not trying to get into a pissing contest with you, but don't you see what's going on here?

I also think that biotech is an exciting field, but the risks of investing in these little startups or one-drug wonders is enormous. Even if these companies get approval for their drugs, there is no guarantee of market acceptance or profitability. Wouldn't it make more sense to invest in a biotech fund to spread out that risk...or better yet, simply invest in a pharm with a proven track record and a wide array of drugs in the market and in the pipeline such as MRK, SGP, etc.

The people who promote stocks like Biotime don't give a damn about the business and they certainly don't give a damn about the small investor. Their only concern is pumping the stock and getting out while the getting is good.
