If the SEC decided to take no action, IMO it would be because they solved the problem when they halted the stock. This is one case where literally no one lost money because of lack of information. The information was presented on this thread to allow an informed decision, those who chose to deny the validity of the information have no one to blame but themselves. The SEC cannot protect investors from themselves.
