<I keep getting this feeling that if the gold is there some one else will be minning it not this bankrupt company>

It is obvious you do not realize that this company is being inundated with offers of the tens of millions consistently?

Why do they turn these offers down?
I give you 2 guesses.

Sam - they are not bankrupt. They are cash strapped but have always been able to come up with the money they need so far.

They do need to pay BD. They may already have, with no news from the company all we can do is guess. BD does not come cheap.

Guy Murrel says their top priority is to get current with the financials.

Maybe whoever is going to pay for the report audit wants to see the financials current as badly as we do before they fork over the cash.

You have waiting a long time Sam, a little more time and the audit should be done. If they do not get started with the audit after the financials are finished then I will start worrying big time.
