Mr Rogers' White House Neighborhood:

telegraph.co.uk

AMERICAN children anxious to get to the bottom of the Monica Lewinsky scandal now have their own version of the Starr Report to fill in the details.

According to the Report for Kids, Mr Starr says that the President "tried to hide what he had done with Ms Lewinsky by getting the gifts back from her. Then President Clinton's secretary hid the gifts under the bed to hide the evidence from the court".

Can you say "Obstruction of Justice," kids? Try it: Ob-struc-tion of Jus-tice. Good! I knew you could!

Gotta watch that righteous indignation. It can wash you overboard.

Nah. Not gonna buy that. The Clintons have taught us that the more outrageous the accusation, the more likely that some of it will stick. It seems to work. Since I can't beat 'em, I'm at least going to learn from them.
