I was speaking about the allocation of resources that the SEC has. In this case it appears you have happy victims who still believe they are on a mission and are still willing to hand money to those who misled them, my tendency would be to move to other more serious situations in the marketplace and let them revel in their "mission" to rid the marketplace of the evil shorts. <G>

Arcane, I believe herd manipulation of stocks will be further investigated, how being a part of this conspiracy may develop, and what the legal ramifications are for those guilty of being part of this conspiracy. I expect investigations will expand in the near future. s martin: Good Point. However, the fact that Michael Kugler, yourself, Tonto and others did excellent DD IMO does not excuse the actions of the company and others who IMO misled those who purchased RMIL.
