that comes from a Seattle Times article
interviewing a UW researcher, not from the company

Do you remember when that article came out? I could
not find it with a quick search on the Seattletimes'
website.

Also, I think I had things all turned around and that
we would not see anything more on AAV til next spring,
but I see now that I was thinking of the paper on the
HBV-specific CTLs (Additional data from the study
is being collected and analyzed and a paper is expected
to be submitted for publication in the first half of 1999
).

May have to go back and read some old posts. Hope you
get a chuckle out of this: Since I cant seem to keep
these details straight, maybe I have overactive blocker
CREB, ha ha. I was reading this article in the Economist
about memory in which this CREB memory thing is mentioned
so I raced upstairs to the PC to find out if TGEN
had "CREB" on it's plate too--took me a few minutes to
find CREG (for cellular repressor of E1A-stimulated
genes) in that article Reid linked to. Not exactly the same thing!
I gotta keep my acronyms strait.
