Or ask a British citizen. OR LOOK THE LAW UP. Why should I waste my time to point out the law-- I have read your posts and you sound a bit like a lunatic. Also, an American can short a non-marginable stock-- but only has three days to cover. IF you can say why to my last sentence you score a point with me.
