If we $147, I will have the put sellers really hopping too:-) Glenn, at $147, we sure know what to do. Can't count on "it" to reach $147, but money in hands, we are prepared. :)))) 10 million initial (IPO) shares 3 million sold by insiders bet Jun and Aug 98 3 million waiting be sold (the two stock acquisitions) ?? how many shares ready and waiting to be sold by insiders, VC, Etc.. Total float will increase to ??? if Amzn goes to ??? in the next few weeks? The supply side of the story: 1. 50 million shares intially issued and outstanding. 2. Approx. 9 million more issued and "outstanding" due to the two acquisitions in June, 3. Approx. 6 million shares annually relate to Insiders/employees options packages Total shares issued/outstanding/available for sale before the end of 1998 is approx. 65 millions. Lot's of the institution/private investors are trying to sell too.
