Hi Mark! One thing I think I've learned too, is not to talk about the charting. Do I use it? Oh my, yes.....but to really be effective, it must be analyzed everyday....and when changes come, one must be ready to use them. If one makes a prediction, and then a change comes, it could only hurt others. I'll give an example. DGIV....my prediction for July. The charts showed that July was going to be a VERY good month, and I stated that publicly. Same with SGNC....chart showed that August was going to be good. Were the charts wrong on those two? Well, yeah....but only for the prediction given a few weeks in advance. For the daily observer, one could see the changes coming and adjust accordingly. When DGIV did not do well in July, it changed the focus of everything. Now if I were to say that the chart for October was good...and it wasn't...then some might get hurt. Same way if I were to say that the chart for October looks like dog dung....and it wasn't, then some could still get hurt. What I will say is that I am looking for a change to come, and so far it hasn't. I think it's better to focus on and talk about the facts. The lack of the SB-10 is a fact. And you're right...it has got to be out soon in order for investor confidence to be restored. The new shares that are proposed to be issued is a major new development in my opinion. Ask yourself what do new shares issued usually mean for the price of a stock? I think you know the answer as well as I do. But here's a question. Has the present price drop in any way already reflected the proposed new issuance of shares? In other words, how much has the proposed new issuance of shares already been reflected in the price? Obviously we haven't known about it until now, but surely somewhere, others have known. What do you think? If the present price does not in any way reflect the issuance of new shares, then in what way do you think the price will be affected by them? The bad point of the proposed new shares is obvious...but is there a good point too? Yes, for the future, I think there could be. New shares could mean more money raised....more money raised could mean new ventures.....new ventures could mean new profits.....but the question is...."How long will it take?" Is there something BIG brewing around the corner that can help absorb those new shares? Or is there not? Each person has to decide for themselves what the answer is. Juanita
