Thanks JP -- I was wondering where my money has gone.

My opinion of oil-price forecasters is well known, and is lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut.

I contend that no one, but no one, can accurately and consistently "predict" oil prices, but that doesn't stop people from doing it and getting paid huge $$$ from companies that want to have "someone" to blame things on (CYA). Oil is a political commodity more so than any other. Therefore, it is subject to factors that can change in a heartbeat -- literally.

My personal view is that oil prices are heading higher. This is simply due to the world's reliance on oil as a critical component of life as we know it. But what do I know?...I'm just a country boy.
